There are so many nice and kind people in this world. There may be a few occasions when some people are mean or unkind. But for the most part, it is amazing and heart-warming that there are so many good people, so caring and helpful, and who sometimes go out of their way even to help total strangers who need some kind of assistance, big or small. Yes, there are a lot of good and positive things we can do.
