We should dress and act responsibly 

If we want respect in professional and other similar places, we should dress and act professionally. We should be careful and responsible about not provoking anyone, to act in an inappropriate way.

But in spite of being professional, if people harass others or exploit them knowing their compelling situations, then it has to be dealt with appropriately. Consequences of people’s actions catch up with them, sooner or later .
