Spiritual does not mean nerd

“Spiritual” does not mean that one has to be a nerd, that one cannot laugh at a harmless joke or have a sense of humor, or that one has to appear holy and serious outward all the time instead of being normal and natural.

“Spiritual” means to have mental contact with a Higher Power, for the sake of self-improvement, while outwardly acting according to one’s nature, keeping everyone’s welfare and happiness in mind.
